Welcome to the AI Counsel Blog!  This blog’s objective is to highlight useful resources and share guidance on best practices for front-line risk management and compliance professionals who are dealing with the challenges of artificial intelligence, cyber, and other emerging technologies.  Of course, we’ll continue to cover SEC and corporate governance developments in these areas on TheCorporateCounsel.net, but we know that many of our members are not just dealing with board-level issues like these, but also with more granular aspects of the AI & EmTech risk management and compliance process. We thought that there was a need for us to address these issues through a separate blog.

In addition to our blogs, which will run Monday through Thursday of each week, we’ve also included a “blog roll” featuring blogs and resource pages that we also think readers will find useful.  We’ll continue to add resources as we find them and encourage you to share ones that you think we should include. Along the same lines, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with blog topics that you think we should cover and suggestions as to how we can make this sure that this blog provides you with the kind of information that will help you do your job.
